If wax is present, the appropriate treatment option (microsuction or irrigation) will be performed to safely remove it. Following the procedure, verbal aftercare advice will be given, and you'll receive a follow-up email with detailed written aftercare instructions and a convenient link to leave a review of our service. Payment is taken only after the treatment is successfully completed and is charged accordingly.
When should I not use your service, or what if no wax is found?
